描述 产品目录编号 107907 描述 DNA STAINING KIT ACCORDING TO FEULGEN 概述 Currently, the Feulgen reaction is the method of choice for the determination of DNA in histological and cytological specimens. DNA image cytometry is applied more often, since the importance of the nuclear DNA-content for the diagnosis and prognosis of malignant tumors was recognized. As the reliability of the DNA measurement is important for diagnosis, the reproducibility of the Feulgen reaction is essential. This reproducibility is ensured by using the ready-to-use reagents supplied in the DNA staining kit acc. to Feulgen and by following the instructions of the manual precisely. The kit contains three ready-to-use reagents and can be applied directly at cell culture monolayers, imprints (touch preparations), smears from fine needle aspiration biopsies (FNAB), smears from exfoliated cells, cytocentrifuged preparations from ascites, urine, liquor and other body fluids, as well as tissue sections from formalin fixed and paraffin embedded tissue. As result, the cell nuclei will be stained red-violet and the cytoplasm and background should be un-colored. The package is sufficient for 200 - 250 applications.
