描述 产品目录编号 100820 描述 METHENAMINE SILVERING KIT ACCORDING TO G 概述 Gomori’s Methenamine Silver stain is used on basal membranes, bacteria and fungi. The target structures are turned black, while everything else is stained green with Light green SF solution. The color of the silver deposits can be intensified still further by treatment with gold chloride solution, through formation of a silver-gold complex. The use of gold chloride solution also prevents non-specific staining of the background. The Methenamine silver plating kit acc. to Gomori contains five ready-to-use solutions and methenamine/borate tablets, whereby one tablet is sufficient for the preparation of 30 ml of ready-to-use silver solution. A microwave protocol has been compiled for laboratories that use a microwave, which is available on request.The package is sufficient for up to 50 applications.
