背景信息 PEAK1 belongs to the protein kinase superfamily. PEAK1 is also called Tyrosine-protein kinase SgK269 and Sugen kinase 269. It contains a divergent and possibly inactive eukaryotic protein kinase domain. It has one human paralog, known as SgK223 or pragmin.
